Ephesians 4: 4-6
4There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— 5one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
As we start the week off, let us all take the time to remember that there is one, not many, just one God. We can all listen to the things that “scratch our ears” we can let ourselves become sidetracked with the day to day activities that crowd, and clutter our lives, we can allow ourselves to become hyper focused on the days events. Yet when we do that, we push God to the back of the line. We take our focus off the one important thing in life, and turn our attention to the worldly. There is only one God, and we have only one life to live. Use that life to be an example of the Lord for all to see. Start your day off with the Lord, keep Him the focus of your day. DO not let yourself become entangled in the snares of the devil. We are created in the image of the Lord, that means inside each of us is a piece of God. Cultivate that part of your life. Allow the Lord to become the focal point of your day, and let Him guide your actions. There is but one God, and we have but one life…..how will you spend it?
Peace,
Brian
